Rates are inclusive of VAT, water, gas and power, bedroom linens, bathroom and kitchen towels (with weekly change).
Wintertime heating charge: upon consumption.
Compulsory final cleaning charge (payment on the spot).
Extra-bed charge on request.
Baby cot on request.
Check-in time is Saturdays from 3 to 6 pm. Should you be arriving after 6 pm please phone in. Apartments should be vacated by Saturday 10 am.
- All necessary forms for the transmission of guests’ personal details to local law enforcement authorities (mandatory in Italy) should be filled out upon arrival.
Payment terms
30% upon booking- Balance on arrival.
€ 150,00 security deposit on arrival.
